For now, we are asking everyone attending any of our events to wear a face covering and maintain social distancing. We also have had to reschedule some of our events due to state regulations. OBX Slam Kayak Fishing Tournament

Kayak fishing in the Outer Banks

Calling all kayak fishers! The OBX Slam Kayak Fishing Tournament is going virtual. This year, in order to keep you and our crew members safe, we are making a couple changes to the tournament. First, the tournament will last for 6 days, from June 22nd until June 27th. Barring any changes to the CDC guidelines for social distancing, the captain’s meeting and award’s banquet will be held online. Proceeds from the tournament and raffle will go to the Outer Banks Food Pantry to provide help to those in our community affected by COVID-19. More information can be found here and on Facebook.
